Guests will have exclusive access to the majority of the 400 acre Holwell estate and maps will clearly indicate where this access is available. The map will also highlight walks, places of interest, wildlife habitats, areas of historical and archaeological importance together with suggested spots for picnics, fishing or a paddle in the Becka Brook.
