South Cottage and Briar Cottage are two comfortable Victorian cottages situated in the village of Trunch, two miles from the coast at Mundesley. Both cottages fall within the village conservation area, and are in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. In the village is a church, pub, shop and Post Office. The countryside is ideal for walking, cycling, golf, horse riding, fishing, sailing, and bird watching. Excellent opportunities also exist for visiting local National Trust properties, Steam Railways and historical Norwich.

Briar Cottage accommodates up to six people and cot. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin.

The Cottages are set in extensive gardens, and have an entrance porch leading to comfortable sitting rooms with attractive open fires, colour TV and Video. Separate dining area leading to well equipped kitchen, including electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, and freezer. Being traditional Norfolk Cottages, bathrooms are situated on the ground floor, and both Cottages have quite steep stairs.

Bed linen, towels, electric heating and fuel for open fires are included in holiday prices. Family pets are welcome, but a small extra charge is made.

Resident owners, Philip and Dee Lomax will do all they can to make your visit to North Norfolk an enjoyable and memorable one.
