Cantre Selyf is a fine guest house dating from the early 17th Century and is one of the most historic properties in Brecon. Our 3 Guest Bedrooms have 17th Century moulded and beamed ceilings, Georgian fireplaces and cast iron beds. En-suite bathrooms provide guests with the convenience and privacy they require.

The Guest Sitting Room, with an elegant but comfortable 18th Century atmosphere, is a pleasant room in which our guests can relax at their leisure. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the peaceful garden and pretty summer house. Perfect for relaxing with a pre-dinner drink or afternoon tea. Evening meals are available and all food is home cooked to a very high standard using local and organic produce. We can also direct you to some excellent restaurants in the area.

We pride ourselves on providing a warm and friendly welcome and take pleasure in sharing our unique home.
