Heaton Hall is a magnificent 18th century country house set in the middle of Heaton Park's rolling landscape. It was the family seat of the Egerton family and remains one of the North West's most impressive and important buildings. Its principal rooms have been beautifully restored and furnished, giving the visitor an insight into life at Heaton in the early 19th century.

The house retains many of its original features, including the beautiful scrolling plasterwork, the impressive chamber organ in the Music Room and the rare wall paintings decorating the Cupola room.
