This beautiful highland estate of forty acres is set in an historic designed landscape. There are many local walks that can be accessed without getting into your car. Our own Loch walk is level and of great beauty. We are two miles from Crieff hidden away in a quiet location perfect for either using as a base from which to discover the highlands or to venture to the east or west coast on days out.

The choice for golfers is very extensive; we are surrounded by championship and small highland courses. Gleneagles is just fifteen minutes away. Fishing by boat is available for wild brown trout on Loch Monzievaird, and we have access to a stretch of the river Earn less than a mile away.

Our grounds are full of wildlife, there are otters in the loch and there have been up to sixty varieties of birds seen here including kingfishers, ospreys and eagles. We have an all-weather tennis court with a ball-machine facility, a small children's play area and there are extensive green areas for play, burns in which to paddle and net small trout, and a disc golf course hidden in the oak trees. Dogs are welcome, if well behaved, at an extra charge
