We are a small family business offering a wide range of holiday homes, cottages, flats, houses, some old, some modern and something for every taste but ALL within Central Lakeland and therefore in the heart of one of Britain's loveliest corners. Our properties are all either in or within a few miles of Ambleside and we include Grasmere, Patterdale, the Langdale Valley, Bowness-on-Windermere, Coniston, Hawkshead and even Eskdale.

The Lake District really is a holiday destination for all seasons. Our cottages, all within the National Park, offer a comfortable base for exploration and relaxation. We have a long season and most cottages are equally comfortable in summer or winter.

Many of our regular customers return frequently and many come by recommendation. If you are new to 'Heart of the Lakes' you will find our staff efficient and helpful and (because we know all our properties personally) able to help you select the best for your own holiday requirements.

All our properties have colour TV, fridges, irons etc., and many have much more. You will see individual details as you read the brochure or visit our award winning website.
All properties are ETC graded and include free leisure club membership
