Situated in secret underground WW2 tunnels, the museum shows the history of telegraphy, which was the forerunner to modern communication systems, as well as detailing the social changes taking place at Porthcurno between 1870 and 1970 when the cable station at porthcurno closed. There are regular demonstrations of working equipment and hands-on exhibits. Additional exhibition for 2009 'Parish at War'.
