Stanshope Hall is an 18th Century listed building in a tiny farming hamlet surrounded by dry stone walled fields with dairy cows, sheep and lambs. It offers peace and quiet in comfortable accommodation with unusual decorations by local theatre set artists. Evening meals are made using local and garden produce and vegetarians are well catered for.

The Hall lies in a sunny south facing position on a hill in the Peak District between Dovedale and the Manifold Valley. Excellently situated for walks.
