Our High Quality Bed & Breakfast Rooms are Located on the Ground and First Floor of our New Home, the construction of which was completed in September of 2008. We have two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor, one fitted as a double, the other as a twin. We also have a double with private shower room on the first floor. All rooms are furnished to high standards with comfortable bedding and are equipped with freeview flat screen television, DVD player, free wireless broadband connection and unlimited tea & coffee, the en-suites are equipped with power showers. They are an ideal base to use for visiting or working in Lincoln, the Lincolnshire Wolds, the Lincolnshire Coast or for simply having a relaxing and comfortable stay (not forgetting the fishing).

Langdale Lakes is located just 5 miles from the centre of Lincoln with good hourly bus services to both Lincoln, Horncastle and the Coast, the bus stops right outside the driveway entrance. Tony and Karen offer a free pick up & drop off service at Lincoln train station making this a very practical car free base for your holiday or business visit. Our full cooked breakfast or lighter option is served in the dining room which has views over the lakes and our stock pond. There are two dining pubs in our village which cater for lunch and evening meals.
