The Horse & Groom Inn is a lovely family-run 17th Century Coaching Inn which has just undergone a major refurbishment programme (August 2011). At the front of the building is a lovely enclosed patio area surrounded by planters filled with a collection of herb plants. The traditional bar has a stone floor, seating for around 25 customers & a wood-burning stove at either end. There's a small snug with a darts throw and comfy leather sofa. At the rear of the building is a dining room which can seat upto 50 people. This area has been completely re-designed as a contemporary eating area.

There are 4 en-suite letting rooms (2 x doubles, 1 x twin & 1 x single) - each has a TV, iPod docking station, tea & coffee making facilities & a small fridge with fresh milk and complimentary mineral water.

The pub is just 5 miles from Banbury (J11 M40) & is situated 0.5 miles from the main Banbury to Chipping Norton road (A361). The pub is situated at the far end of the village of Milcombe overlooking the green.
