Charming 16th century coaching inn stands in the centre of Cerne Abbas which can be best described as one of the most beautiful villages in England.The building is steeped in history and much of the original features are still apparent. Jeremy and Vanessa Lee took over the property in June 2009 and have worked tirelessly to place it on the culinary map of Dorset. Jeremy’s CV includes time as an Inspector for the iconic Michelin Guide. The picture is completed by Daniel Brinklow, who has worked for some of the country’s best chefs, Albert Roux and Jean Christopher Novelli to name but two.The New Inn has six simple yet comfortable en suite bedrooms and a beautiful garden which makes it the ideal spot to stay.
