Positioned on a quiet lane with Cracken Edge on our doorstep, we have an elevated position, in addition we have far reaching views from our south facing private balcony at the rear of the property looking towards Eccles Pike and beyond.
A perfect retreat for Business or Leisure.
The property is within a short stroll of the villages local amenities and has a direct train route to the cosmopolitan cities of Manchester and Sheffield, yet is situated close to some of The Peak Districts most stunning scenery.
The ground floor accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with oven, hob, hood, fridge/freezer, table and chairs, crockery, glassware and cutlery.
The south facing living room has a leather suite with remote control reclining facility a wall mounted TV with free view, DVD player, CD/radio player, Ipod docking station and a private south facing balcony with table and chairs.
