B and Bs in Sherborne
Munden House has been developed over many years from a group of stone cottages whose history dates back over three centuries. The setting, four miles to the south east of Sherborne has sweeping views over open farmland of the Blackmore Vale. The view is framed in the distance by the long line of hills curving along the horizon from Cerne Abbas to Sturminster Newton.,br>
Munden House is a very comfortable place to stay, with freeview TVs and tea / coffee facilities in each room. The guests sitting room with its limestone walls, exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace reveals the history of the building, while next door the dining room is classically elegant.
Munden house has three double bedrooms and one twin all with baths/ showers en-suite. There are two studios for those who want to be more self contained with fully a equipped kitchen / sitting room with sofa bed and a separate bedroom with en-suite shower room.
