Barclay Court is an early 19th Century building and still has many original features but with all the expected modern facilities. Leave your car in our car park(secure parking for bikes) as its only 3 minutes' walk to shopping centre and 10-minute stroll to harbour and sea front. If you just want to relax with a book or just take in the sun there is a south-facing garden with terraces. If the weather changes there is also a games room with plenty to do for all. We have our own car park, leave the car and stroll around to the harbour or any of the many and various amenities and attractions that Torquay has to offer. Barclay Court guest house in Torquay offers the ideal base from which to explore the English Riviera, South Devon. There are many miles of beautiful countryside in South Devon with its amazing scenery and pretty villages. You can walk along the South Devon Coastal Path or explore with Dartmoor. The cities of Exeter and Plymouth are within easy reach as well as the beautiful and historic towns of Dartmouth and Totnes. Torbay has 22 miles of coastline with over 20 beaches, so whether it's swimming, fishing or just lying on the beach you enjoy there's plenty for everyone.
