Our three self catering cottages are converted farm buildings, situated in rural West Lancashire yet within easy reach of many attractions. Newly converted and with the highest quality fitting, not only are they suitable for families but they also offer disabled facilities. Our cottages are deceivingly spacious, they have large open-plan kitchen / living / dining spaces with one bedroom that sleeps 2 and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 in the living area. The kitchen is fully fitted and the bathroom is of a high specification with wetroom shower facilities suitable for disabled use. We have used natural eco-friendly materials were possible that accents the buildings charms. Our three cottages are sited in lovely countryside with views over fields yet within range of both Southport, Ormskirk and Liverpool - ideal accommodation for the Grand National, conferences, the Southport Flower Show, Liverpool One shopping and offering peace and quiet with a little luxury. We opened our doors to customers only this Summer and had the official opening by the Mayor of West Lancashire - Cllr John Baldock on Friday 16th July 2010. We have recently been awarded four star rating by Visit Britain and also a National Accessible Scheme accreditation. The car park is less than 40 metres from the furthest cottage and the area is all hardstanding. Access to the cottages is by flagged paths and flagged, gentle slopes. we will make every effort to welcome our guests personally, show them to their accommodation and assist generally with luggage, for example. We are sure you will enjoy your stay at Cross Farm Cottages.
