Health risks can be avoided by the right choice of bra!
We know that sounds rather far-fetched, but it is true.
An ill-fitting or unsuitable bra can cause or contribute to several medical
conditions or complaints.
So what particular health problems can be caused by an ill-fitting bra?
Mainly shoulder and arm complaints, tension across the shoulders and neck,
headaches, cervical spine problems and back problems, which can be caused by
putting all the strain on the shoulders from wearing a bra that is too big
on the back and too small on the cup.
The breasts need to be fully supported and this comes from wearing the bra
snug to your body and ensuring that all the breast is surround by the cup.
We see 98% of our customer's coming in wearing the wrong size and the main
problem is, as previously stated, wearing too big a back and too small a
cup. If you think you are wearing the wrong size bra, then you probably are.
The best way to know you are wearing the correct bra is to be fitted each
time and remember being measured is not the same as being fitted. Measuring
is only a guide. You will not be the same size in every bra, due to brand,
style and material.
