Mafundi Crafts has been established with the intention of providing an opportunity to purchase high quality, ethically produced arts and crafts from the developing world.

We are a family business, based in the city of Bath in the South West of England, and operate predominantely as an e-commerce outlet. We have carefully assembled our range of products from accredited Fair Trade organizations in areas such as Bali, Chile, Kenya, Peru and South Africa.

We sell both conventionally designed products and more contemporary items, from our extensive range of musical instruments to our recycled tin products and Zulu basket collection.

With all of our products we make sure that we know where our products come from and how and by whom they were created. With your support of Fair Trade we can ensure that the artisans, their families and their communities will receive a wage that reflects the true cost of raw materials and labour in the production of these wonderful crafts. By doing so we can all continue to enjoy the handiwork of these skilled craftspeople for generations to come without the worry of exploitation.
