Good Points: Breakfast, equipment in room, parking and convenience for Gateshead/Newcastle.
Staff.
Bad Points: Shower tap/control difficult to turn as were all door handles,(round, no grip).noise of heating system - needed ear plugs to sleep.(we find many hotels worldwide suffer from noisy equipment, heating/water system/power generation etc).

Good Points: it was close to where i wanted to be & easy to find. It was quite and the restaurant looked very smart. the breakfast service was good and the reception efficient.
Bad Points: the decor in the corridors / rooms looked at little dated especially once you got past the redecorated entrance way first corridors. The outside looked shabby compared to the pictures on the internet.
