Good Points: Very simple decor, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. General review: Very simple service from booking it to checking in to checking out. The room was very pleasant and the room service food was delicious!!

This should certainly not be graded as a 4 star hotel.Room was very small and smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking.Bathroom was also very small and the room was to hot during my stay.the lifts also did not work correctly and resulted in long trips being made via the stairs.Staff though were friendly and efficient.

Although conveninently located in the heart of Nottingham City centre I was disppointed with the supposedly 'Superior' double room that was to be our accomodation for one night at the less than cheap rate of £145. The bed was smaller than the double bed I have at home and this was matched by the size of the room itself. An iron and ironing board were available however there was very little room in which to iron one's shirt as the floor space was almost non existant. The bathroom was also a disappointment as this too was very small and far from clean. May I suggest that If you wish to stay in Nottingham avoid the Park Plaza at all cost and instead stay at Hart's or the Lace Market Hotel.
