this hotel has been recently taken over by people who have no concept of customer service. we booked in advance for 7 people and hoped to get 4 twin rooms what we got was 2 double rooms with a camp-bed and a store room in the bloody loft which was used by a person on long term lease who was away.
when we complained we were told if we did not like the arrangements we could always leave, as we had just walked from carlise we did not think this was a good option.
disgraceful and never again, would not buy a bag of crisps from these people.
