Good Points: nice room and great view of the harbour
Bad Points: the room was drafty and at times chilly.
General Review: Nice visit, overall. We did find the prices very high, compared to North America i.e. at least twice as expensive for similar accommodation and meals in Canada. The staff were friendly and efficient, though a little too formal. Folks at the front desk were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Good Points: The room was very comfortable - as was the bed. The only reason I did not rate it as excellent was that my room overlooked the car park.
Bad Points: I thought it was very good all round and the staff were friendly and helpful.
General Review: Had I been sent the hotel information earlier (not the hotel's fault), I would have asked for a room facing the sea - which would have made my stay perfect! The outlook, as we were dining, was incredible - and the food was delicious!
