we asked for a quiet room but were placed next to a room full of teenage boys playing football in it. We asked to move and were placed on 4th floor. Room was quiet but smelt of damp, stained carpet, nail sticking out of door frame which caught my sleeve, HEATING ON ALL NIGHT. Halfway through my bath the water disappeared and I ended up in towel and turban walking down the corridor to another room where I had to rinse my hair in sink as no water in shower. Pigeons living in the roof. We all burnt our hands on the buffet counter BEWARE VERY HOT. Staff lovely especially the Polish. Meals very good. Wine hugely expensive. Lift broke down with people stuck in it. We were given a discount but don't think we will visit again.

The room was not bad, the bathroom on first inspection appeared also to be ok,but the shower was disgusting!!The food was beyond awful, I can not remember ever being served anything worse!!!!
