Good Points: the room was spacious/very clean and comfortable-first class
Bad Points: nothing
General Review: this hotel is excellent and in a prime location for visiting this part of yorkshire.the staff were first class and very helpfull.

This so called hotel fails to mention anywhere that is only yards way from the busy A64 main road. Several of the rooms face the main carriageway and the place shudders with noise of the traffic which continues throught the night.
The breakfasts are poor and when we cancelled our second night after not having a wink of sleep the owner tried to make us pay for the cancelled room and was very unpleasant.
It looks very appealing on the internet, but in reality it is not a four star hotel!
