Superb! My wife and I were amazed at how near the Arc was to all the amenities, restaurants, event venues, shopping, parks and routes to other towns. The owners were brilliant (we accidentally left some items after checking out and Lisa and Alex were so kind and quick to offer to post them on to us). Parking was easy and we were even given a disc that could be used elsewhere. Best of all, the rooms were modern, immaculate, clean and a pleasure to relax in at the end of the day. The Arc was quiet and private yet we enjoyed a 'come-and-go' freedom that is sometimes missing in other hotels. All this came at such a low price (no catch!). Thank you for such a good stay! We'll use the Arc again.

What a gem. It stands out head and shoulders above the other B & B's on the street. I have paid a lot of money around the world on so called luxury hotels, they need to visit this little treasure and learn some lessons !!
