We booked a taxi with David. Several weeks ago to pick us up from the Red Jet in Southampton to take us to Gatwick Airport He did not turn up we tried ringing several times but always got his answer machine what should have been a stressless trip to Gatwick turned into a nightmare we had some difficulty In getting another taxi and only just caught our plane We will not be using him again and would like an explanation as why this happened I
