Booked a taxi for 5.30am today & it didn't turn up,which led to missing a train & plane. Was informed by other firms not to use easys taxi Chippenham as they wont turn up. I should have listened but was assured by easys Tha someone would be picking me up at 5.30am. Very unprofessional & unreliable service.
