Very relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff, Frances made sure that all our needs were catered for. We would recommend this place for a warm welcome and good food. lots of history there too!

We would like to thank Francis for the wonderful care and attention herself and her staff showed to us during our stay. The room was amazing (The Well Room)and the food was fantastic. Kevin will be retuning again if only to sample the chefs stilton sauce.... We will definately be booking for the christmas period as we cannt think of a better place to celebrate that time but in a homely, friendly atmoshphere.

facilities ie king size water bed double jacuzzi good food and service, nothing - although no view from room as has high attic type windows,Fabulous value for money. king size water bed and jacuzzi/private sauna were marvellous as was food and service. Private dining was excellent and a real luxury. Would stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the everyday stresses of life.
