Good Points: Nice rooms, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking and accessible to restraunts. Bad Points: Noisy neighborhood because of college students. Late night partyers. Street unattractive due to empty houses. General review: good value for the money, very helpful staff especially Ricky

Good Points: Staff were very helpful the rooms were in good order clean & tidy. Reception were very informative & helpful. The breakfasts were excellant & when my mother arrived the next day having been unable to get here original flight she was given breakfast even after they had finished the morning serving, this was much appreciated. Bad Points: The accommodation was itself very good although I had some reservations about the area in which it was but I was not aware of any trouble. General Review: The accommodation was central for walking into Belfast city centre there were many restaurants & bars in the locality but it was not too noisy. The rooms were in excellent order & staff well trained & helpful without being pushy.I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to friends or family. Some of the student accommodation in the vicinity looked a bit dodgy but I would assume that this area being close to the university is undergoing extensive changes & will evolve into a more residential status in years to come.

Central to City Centre. Excellent car parking facilities Website informative, friendly staff, clean rooms, did not have time to take breakfast so cannot really comment on food.
