Good Points: helpful, friendly staff. view from the bistro/restaurant especially at sunset.access to walks in nearby countryside. Bad Points: small window in the bedroom which did not make the most of the view, expected breakfast should be included at this price and why was the ceiling light in the bedroom in front of the window where the natural light occurred anyway leaving the other end of the room gloomy. General review: Enjoyed the experience but would not come again unless somebody else was paying.

An excellent hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. All the staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to give advice on local walks etc. The food was good and the views from the restaurant absolutely stunning. Car parking was not a problem. We felt the hotel gave very good value for money and we will certainly be visiting again.

Lovely place with nice staff especially manageress Theresa who helped us get a nice room and was extremely kind. The room was excellent, clean and nicely decorated and rather big. Everything was perfect, food was delicious. I will go back there whenever I can afford. Well done on all accounts!
