Good Points: Clean and excellent facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Being on the 9th floor we had an excellent view stretching as far as Canary Wharf (from Brentwood).
Bad Points: Only one complaint. We could not turn the tap to get hot enough water in the sink for shaving, although it was hot enough to wash in and we had no trouble with the shower and bath water. Kettle in room so could easily top up the sink.
General review: Very pleasant, supplying everything we needed.
