I just wanted to say what a wonderful place Peter Barratts is. The staff are second to none, especially (surprisingly) the weekend staff. Customer services is impecable although I DO SOMETIMES FEEL RUSHED OUT OF THE STORE TOWARDS CLOSING TIME.
I MUST SAY THAT PB IS DEFINATELY THE BEST CHRISTMAS DISPLAY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND. ESPECIALLY THE CAFE JARDIN - A VERY PLEASENT AND LOW PRICED RESTARAUNT. VERY WELL DONE TO STUART WOOD THE CENTRE MANAGER, WHAT A PLEASURE IT MUST BE TO SAY I RUN THIS PLACE!!
