Good Points: Very nice receptionist Bad Points: First room - the bed was crumpled and there was a glass of water on side - also soap and towel in sink! General review: Would stay again as we liked the location to Chelmsford and the bed was comfortable

Good Points: We booked a Premium room (Room 44) and it was brilliant, very spacious with a modern decor, a lot of extras that you normally pay extra for including bowl of fruit, dvd player and bottled water for free. Also had bathrobes and a large iron and ironing board.
