The family room was badly decorated with old furniture not like the ones we had viewed on the website before we booked!
We found Great Yarmouth was not very family friendly in the evening so asked to book out early and were charged a total of £120 when we hadn't even used the room.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT THEIR 4 STARS!

Bad Points: not the room we booked on internet, poky room barely big enough for a double bed. Manager bad attitude, said we had a cheap room
