Good Points: Good value for money, friendly staff, always make you feel welcome. The food is very good, and the service excellent. Hotel is in a convienient part of Cockermouth for visiting shops, pubs, etc. General review: Always a great place to stay.

What can I say! Had a fabulous stay with the hotel. Hotel is conveniently located in cockermouth to all local attractions and also near the Lake district. Stayed for 3 nights and ate in both restaurants that the hotel has. Both food and service were excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were clean and nice to Have already booked to go back!

it was verry nice and convenient for most things in cockermouth.it was clean tidy and the food was good and so were the owners of the hotel i would not hesitate to book up again and good luck to all who may stay there.
