Not a good place to go if you are disabled or find steps dificult. There is NO awareness or understanding of diability - everyone should have access and be treated with respect, which didnt happen on our visit. An offhanded and ignorant attitude was what we recieved when asked about disabled access. If you can get in ( but not to the Ballroom) even the toilets are unaccessable. Now the food. Very slow service, poor food and dont even entertain going here if you are vegetarian, vegan, dairy free or anything else that doesnt have standard food.
