I always check the price with a company prior to confirming if I will use the taxi. On this ocassion I asked for an estimate for the cost of the journey and was told it would be £13. At the end of the journey I was charged £18.
I am disappointed that either I was misled on the estimate or overcharged on the actual price.
I will not be using this company again.
