I booked a short stay at The Quality Hotel Warwick situated on the border of Kenilworth on a room only basis. We needed an extra bed for my daughter who is seven, this came in the form of a light collapsable Z bed which blocked our access to the cupboard used to hang our jackets and store our cases etc. The room and bathroom were clean but the main bed was uncomfortable and should have been retired years ago, we did not sleep well during our stay. The hotel provides entertainment services via the TV which has a chargable Playstation (but no kids games), Chargable movies (inc. "Adult" stuff make sure your kids don't play with the remote), as for the normal viewing the reception and picture quality was very poor unless you stuck with the satellite channels which were a bit better. The hotel has a "eat as much as you like" breakfast but the menu and prices could be better displayed as this important meal of the day will set you back about £10 a head (whoa there goes my discount). We didn't get to try the restaurant & bar in the evening so I can't comment on that. The hotel staff were friendly but the house keeping service and supplies of fresh coffee & clean cups/glasses were not forthcoming unless we personally collected them from reception. I give this hotel 6 out of 10 and will not be staying there again.
