have shopped at La Senza for years and so have my daughters, but on a shopping trip tp the northwich store was treated really badly be the staff, they were rude and VERY unhelpfull, will not be returning again.

Good Points: Good value for money
Bad Points: Incredibly long wait (over 20 minutes) to check in.
Unfriendly-sounding notices (supplied by card company)about using cards, not cash
General review: It was satisfactory

Good Points: The rooms were well equiped and comfortable and exceellent value for money. The food was very good and the service also was good.
Bad Points: There is nothing I can say i didnt like
General review: Our only problem was that on our arrival at the hotel There was no rooms booked for us, luckily i had taken my booking reservation confirmation with me also there was some rooms available otherwise i dont know what we wouild have done
