Bad Points: I was given a smoking room
Now mention of smoking or non smoking at time of booking
The smell in room was terrible
No other room could be given as i was told fully booked at time of arrival

Good Points: Very helpful and friendly staff
General review: Given the price of staying here for two nights, we thought it was very good value for money.

exactly met my requirements,room size appropriate to needs,Staff were efficient and friendly and room clean/tidy. Food in restaurant a bit basic but that's in line with the 3 star rating. Felt I got what I paid for( which is a good thing) unlike more expensive hotels!
