Good Points: The hotel was lovely. Very luxurious and clean with good facilities
Bad Points: The extortinate charges for items from the mini bar. £7 almost for a spirit and £2.50 for a can of coke!!!!!! I would like a written explaination of why the charges are so high please. No corporate jargon if you don't mind, be truthful and admit that they are high so that customers are ripped off.
General review: Apart from the racketeering with the mini bar, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Good Points: Room was very nice over all, bed was comfortable etc
Bad Points: We didn't eat in the hotel as we felt breakfast was a bit overpriced
