Our stay at the Drumlins was wonderful, it is really well equipped and very comfortable. It is in a secluded area yet only 15/20 minutes from Kendal. There are lovely walks from the cottage. Dogs are very welcome and the enclosed back garden is perfect. Now onto the hosts, Abi and Steve make every effort to make your stay perfect and the offer of a breakfast hamper is one to be seriously considered - the contents were good quality and it was lovely to not have to take loads of food with us. Abi also offers an evening meal (booked in advance) take her up on this - she is a wonderful cook and I have to say her sticky toffee pudding knocks spots off the local Westmoorland brand!! I would recommend a stay at the Drumlins
