my husband and i vistited your beefeater around 2pm ordered chicken burger and fish lunches they were very fast taking my order, but not so fast bring it to the table after 30 minutes I had to go and ask where my food was customers came in after me and my husband, and they had there food before us. when our food arrived they did say sorry for the delay, but unfortunatly our food was cold so i did not enjoy any of it. the menue read £6.99 for main meal plus free side dish. side dishes were very limited, Salad,Onion Rings, Garlic Bread. I had salad on my meal plus in my burger, so didn`t want more salad, but unfortunatly I don`t like Garlic Bread, or onion rings, so had to have more salad very limited, no-one asked us if everything was ok, i left my chips as they were cold the Chicken was over cooked and over all not pleased with any of the meal. Both my husband and I have been to the Pemberton in Llanelli very often for food but will not go back there again. I am a cook in a restaurant and if I served food that poor I would be in front of the manager .
