The Limes guest house was lovely and clean and rooms were nice. However, do not take children and get all quotes in writing, I was quoted for a family room and then on departure I was given a bill for 3 adults. The proprietor proceeded to ARGUE with me about my quote and even about how much food a child could potentially eat! I was over charged and left in tears. My son was on a fold out bed and ate 1 piece of dry toast. The Newbury Manor just minutes away does not charge adult prices for children and charges by the room and is much more professional.
