Good Points: The room, the staff and service, the lounges, the dining room and brasserie and the beautiful building itself General review: I cannot fault this hotel. From the welcome and the tray of tea to the final booking out, everything was perfect. The actual building is lovely and our room delightful with windows front and back and a comfortable seating area and good bathroom. The bed was also really comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. We ate one evening outside in the new brasserie, which was excellent. A very nice touch is rugs to keep you warm on cold evenings. I also loved all the art throughout the hotel much of which is available to buy
