I used this 'car service' to organise my travel home after New Years Eve. My booking was made well in advance, during the first week of November and was confirmed by email and over the phone. I was called at 22:30 on New Years Eve by a man with very poor english who told me, very bluntly, that there was a mistake with my booking. The woman who confirmed it had been sacked that day and now i was going to be charged double the quoted and confirmed price for her mistake! Baring in mind the cab was supposed to be collecting us in several hours! After 20 minutes of the unsympathetic man stating that it wasn't his problem he informed me the cab was cancelled and he hung up the phone. Not so Happy New Year.

Excellent service, driver arrived very quickly and was very polite. I recommend everyone to use this company.
