Good Points: The Spa is great! Staff were friendly. Food was good.
Bad Points: Didn't like the strong smell of the carpet cleaner in the room.
General review: Nice hotel - would stay there again.

We visited on the overnight spa package, everything about the stay was pleasant, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, the food was amazing, the lady who served us was really friendly polite and chatty, I had the fillet steak and will be returning if only for that!
The spa facilities and gym were very good, they extended our check out free of charge and my massage by vicky to finish the stay topped it off, she made me feel comfortable and did a really good job.
I paid £250 for the package for two of us and a few pounds for the drinks, at £125 each this is unbelievable value for what you receive and I will be returning!
