Visited one lunch time by chance. When asked if we had booked we said we hadn't but were shown to a table. Our order was taken and we were served with drinks. We were then ignored. People came into the restaurant and were served without delay. The people serving, including the owner kept looking at us as they walked past but still no starter. After we had been ignored for 40 minutes I asked if there was a problem. The owner or I presume it was the owner snapped back that they had been busy. I pointed out we had been ignored. Serving staff had seen us and appeared not to want to process our order. When I pointed this out she said she did not like the way I spoke to her and therefor she did not need to apologise. We offered to pay for the drinks and go somewhere else. She said the food would be served soon. 1 hour after placing our order we were served. Perhaps this establishment is only for locals or regulars who book for lunch? I will let you form your own conclusions, we have made ours.
