Good Points: Excellent customer service, made me feel like going back to home...
Bad Points: The surroundings are really noisy and busy especially during at night...

Upon our arrival we were meet by most welcoming reception staff ,the rooms we were allocated very comfortable and food very enjoyable the iona is well placed for visiting the sights of Londonderry would recommend hotel to everyone returning again in 09
