Family with a 3 year old. Upon booking this guest house we found the staff very friendly and helpful. This was the case when we arrived. The Family room we stayed in for 2 nights was lovely and prefectly situated on the ground floor. Lucky for us given the amount of luggage we had. The breakfast was excellent. Offering a full english, including black pudding. Ideally located near the train station and within just a few minutes walk from the main city parks. I would highly recommend this guest house and should we be going to Southampton again we will be definaetly be looking to stay here again. 10 out of 10.
