Good Points: Friendly, comfortable, good location. Great traditional pub next door!
Bad Points: Can't think of any.
General review: Manchester's a great city to visit and this was a good hotel. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Good Points: Room looked lovely and homely
Bad Points: A phone in the room below me rang every 15 minutes every night and there was no sleep to be had and no way of contacting any staff to sort it out. A formal complaint has been sent.
General review: Will never return, and never recommend it to anyone else. Had it not been for the phone I think it was a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.
